Instructions Step 1: Pour the seeds

Step 2: Pour water into the jar

Step 3: Let it soak for 6 hours

Remove the lid and pour the contents of one of the 5 seed bags into the jar.

Step 2

Pour water into the jar up to the point where the non-spill opening begins.

Step 3

Let it soak for 6 hours.

Step 4: Filter the seeds

Step 5: Put the lid on the jar and place the seeds on top.

Step 6: Allow to sprout for between 4 and 5 days.

Filter the seeds and refill the jar with clean water.
